   The history of Guacamolli has more than 20 years of experience in the cultivation of avocados in Tingüindin, Michoacán, México. The actual market demand and the access to cutting-edge technologies permits the creation of an avocado processing plant that produces not only guacamole but also avocado pulp assuring the organoleptic quality necessary to meet the strict quality control demands of the Secretary of Health. Along with the University of Guadalajara and the Technologic- Institute of Tepic we could develop a safe high quality product with prolonged shelf life of up to one year.
